World Cup round 3_relay (25.08.2017)

Very bad relay 1st leg from my side. Already miss 1st control, but everybody did the same who has this forking, but I was in the end of the pack and did not see where other goes to 2nd control and choose very bad route choice, tried to correct it, but anyway lost there 1'. Tried to rush and on the climb to 3rd control lost my compass, tried to find for about 2', but without success and did very boring first leg run, with much lower speed than guys in the front of me.. Also some navigation errors and in the last par I was quite empty (physically and emotional). This was last start for National team, because at the moment I am stopping for a while to be a part of the NT, because I do not have enough time to be out there in forest for normal orienteering training and I`m not ready to steel this time from my family.
