Past Team LAT training. No controls out. Alone.
20' after prologue finish. Running felt pretty hard, but orienteering suffered worse - mp at 7th and totally lost control to 9th - should have gone up and use the large green clearing to be safer and faster.
No surprise that lost around 3,5' to the guys running the real training.
