Easy middle distance where it was necessary to push very hard physically in the marshes. I made a 15 second mistake to 4th when choosing the wrong route choice and about a minute on 5th, where I detoured too much from the red line and got stuck in fallen trees. 10 seconds to 9th. From now on my physical form must get only better!
