Baltic Championship Relay (19.05.2013)

In team Latvia 3 with Karlis Baltacis on 1st and Kristaps Ozolins on 3rd leg.
I started as 8th and tried not to run too fast from start, not to get tired early. It worked until spectators control where I ran a little faster and lost it to 7th control. I did not know what I was running for and it was not a big surprise that I lost control of everything in the diffuse control area. Further I felt very tired and almost started to walk a couple of times. Another stupid mistake was made to 15th control where I did not follow my eyes but misread compass instead. Almost died in the last uphill and changed over as 9th.
My result was the worst in all Latvian team.
