Boring sprint with mainly simple running. Some routchoices from 7th to 12th and to 16th. Missed 10th by not seeing the right choice over the tunnel and to 8th where couldn't decide where to go so ended up somewhere in between. Body worked very bad. Rest week, flight the previous day and Coliseum visit made me very slow and tired. Bad beginning for MOC.
